"Not the best hostel I’ve seen, not the worst. Finding the entrance was difficult however. People who owned it are very nice. Not the most sanitary and you need to go outside your room to use the bathroom. I ended up moving to hotel across the way for only $15 euros more. It was so much more worth it. My own clean room, air conditioning, bathroom and very nice staff."

"We had a lovely stay at Apanomeria. Sotiris is a wonderful host — funny, welcoming, responsive to our questions and needs in record time. We stayed in a family suite with 2 separate bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with our private hot tub, which was special. It was like staying at a Airbnb but they served a full breakfast and cleaned the place every day — perfect! The hotel is a short walk (uphill, but doable) from the bus station and center of Oia but far enough away that it feels private...

"Spent a fabulous 9 nights here. Rest and relaxation, gorgeous beaches and great restaurants nearby or in the chora, a 2 euro bus ride away. The hotel is clean, lovely pool, gorgeous attentive staff. Thoroughly recommended"
