O hotel tem tudo para ser bom... ,mas não o é! De cara na chegada não localizaram minha reserva. A atendente foi muito atenciosa e educada. A cama na quarto onde fiquei é velha e as molas ficavam incomodando. Muito barulho no corredor logo cedo (em torno das 5h40... 6h da manhã).

Check-in fora de controle. Desorganização e falta de prioridade. Descontrole com reservas feitas por sites de reservas (manuscrito). Demoraram mais de uma hora para resolver minha estadia. Fechamento de caixa (R$) em horário de pico e à frente da clientela. Quarto dentro do esperado, mas sujo. Sem asseio. Travesseiros em material sintético. Por mais que ambiente estivesse climatizado, o material não "respira", acumulando calor.
