"The hotel and the entire complex appear neglected, without any maintenance for the past decade, resulting in a deplorable condition. Despite its size, the hotel only has two functional elevators, and there is a shortage of sunbeds. While the quality of the food and snacks was not terrible, the extensive waiting times and the absence of juices and non-alcoholic beverages made the stay extremely unsatisfactory."

"This is a cozy family owned hotel on the quiet end of Sunny Beach. We booked last minute when our plans changed. Although it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the big hotels, the management offers great service and flexibility and excellent English speaking skills. They went above and beyond during our brief visit. "
