"Great staff and nicely decorated, comfortable room. The pillows and sheets were excellent, but the mattress seemed rather old fashioned with springs; not very firm. Toilet paper holder was falling off, otherwise everything was in nice conflation. Wouid stay here again for sure."

"We arrived a bit after 9:30pm and waited in line to checkin. The front desk clerk was friendly and calmly handled the long line. The main lobby and dining area looked nice. That is where the positive statements end. When you enter the hallway for available rooms and elevators, you are instantly smacked with the foul odor of weed and animals. There are visible spots on the carpet where an animal had relieved themselves. We have three dogs (50-70lbs) at home and were overwhelmed by how bad it smelled. Anywho, by the time we got to our room it was 10pm. Upon entry, we saw a circular spot on the carpet (assuming from animal based on odor), dirty towels hanging from the shower curtain rod, a tick on the bathroom floor, and visible stains on the bedding (leave that to your imagination). We have a two year old and I’m 9 months pregnant, we decided to stay. When I awoke in the morning (4:30a) I attempted to take a shower, there was no hot water. I went downstairs a bit after 5 to speak with the clerk who stated the water heater was down last night. Then he had me speak with a “long term” tenant who said it had actually been down for 3 days. There was no estimated time for this being fixed. When I came back down around 8:30 it was a different clerk and he said it had been down since yesterday afternoon. When I asked why we were not notified of this upon checkin, he began stating how this has been an inconvenience for him. There was no resolution until others complained."

"I checked in before checking the room and I was so disgusted! There was dried food on the walls. Spilled drinks along the walls & bugs in every corner! Even roaches shells were all over. I felt so unsafe there and disgusted! I’ve been trying to get my refund for over a week & they still haven’t paid it back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING HERE!"

"The staff was extremely helpful and friendly especially the staff member preparing breakfast each morning. The pool area was small only because there wer3 so many guests and it could have been slightly cleaner. The room was perfect if you just need somewhere to sleep and shower. Check in and out was very easy and they provided a receipt. I can't stress how friendly the staff was though. Know that there is no room service unless you ask for it. Otherwise trash and linens are to be left out in the hall for pick up. There are gas stations and restaurants close."

"We normally stay at a different motel when we pass through Lincoln but last time through we had a substandard experience so we decided to try something new, and what a great decision that turned out to be. The BridgePointe Inn & Suites was only $20 more than our usual choice but it was much, much nicer than the slight difference in price would indicate. Our king suite was spacious and comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. From now on, when we pass through Lincoln we will be staying at the BridgePointe Inn & Suites."

"The best thing was the helpful, friendly staff. Everyone was so nice, but especially Jeff at the front desk. He went around and checked with all the tables at breakfast, answered questions and offered good suggestions for local activities. He was fantastic! Great breakfast, pool and whirlpool. Comfortable rooms and beds. Will definitely stay there again!"
