"The assistant manager Steve was amazing. All the folks at the reception area were fantastic. Amazingly pleasant & friendly. Spent whatever time needed to get us driving directions & suggest restaurants for meals. They acted like they had nothing else to do except meet our needs. This is the epitome of excellent customer service. After interacting with Steve several times it was quite clear that by his example he nurtures this & that these people love their jobs. Very pleasant & fun stay for us. Thank you. Definitely recommend the Drury Inn & Suites in Chandler, Arizona!!"

"The first one we pulled onto the property I thought it was a repurposed Best Western or something. To my surprise when I walked in the lobby was nicely decorated the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and on point. Our room was well appointed with 2 TVs, a hot tub, king size bed, leather furniture a complete bathroom with shower. A safe and a mini fridge. The Continental breakfast was much better than most hotels. I would definitely stay there again. "

"The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was not helpful when we tried to check in early even though the hotel was not full, we arrived at 12pm and had to wait until 3pm without a car. The nearest mall with restaurants is close to 2 miles away which required us to take an uber to shuttle back and forth for lunch and dinner. The biggest disappointment were the breakfast and the breakfast area. There was no fresh fruit, only packaged cereal and yoghurt. For the cereal there were no bowls offered, it had to be eaten out of coffee cup. And there was only 1 chair to use in the breakfast room, so everyone had to stand while eating. I expected more from "breakfast included"."
