"No amenities or even how to get hot water to drink my tea at night, Juan, the attendant was very nice and help us get out luggage since it was on a 3rd floor which they call 2nd floor, No elevator, public transportation was a block away and they thad supermarkets and cafe,s around, I think for the price , it’s pretty good, they just need a common area for guests like every other hostel with a microwave and a pot to boil water , thanks Jusn fir your help, Annie"

"Very clean and staff were fabulous! The street below is loud (which we knew from previous reviews but were surprised at how late the noise went). Thankfully the balcony doors are excellent sound barriers but we had to have the A/C on all night The location is excellent for exploring old town and the 2 mountains. "Great stay, helpful and friendly staff, nice clean hotel room, seating outside to relax and great pool area. 25 minute walk from old town/Gros, but doesn’t feel that long as through a lovely park, walk back in the evening felt a little longer but no regrets booking here! Due to the temperature (40+ degrees) we spent more time at the hotel than we initially planned to and still had the best time."
