Overall nice, very friendly front desk!

Slept like a baby as the room has blackout curtains. Pool was nice and its heated so it was perfect for my family. Breakfast was good (good amount of variety). The front desk staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. They even called into the room to make sure we had everything needed. Found one cockroach in one of our rooms (just one, it’s Cali so I figured thats normal).

Great breakfast and amenities. My booked room was upgraded, but the new room was not cleaned before I got there. The previous occupant left an article of clothing and one of the tubs had a bunch of gunk in it. Other than that, the whole experience was great!

The property was clean. The room we stayed in needed a carpet wash. It had some stains in the living room. The kitchen had everything! AC worked very well. The only thing that I did not enjoy was the bed. It was lumpy and uncomfortable. I did not sleep well. They had breakfast which was pretty good! Overall I give it a 7 out of 10

Forced relocation to another hotel

Reserved this hotel for 3 nights for an event nearby. On the day of travel they relocated me to another one further away for first 2 nights. The new hotel didn't even serve breakfast, they did inform me either. That whole thing caused me more time traveling to my event location, arranging breakfast and switching hotel. My schedule was screwed pretty bad on 2 main days. The last day checked in Residence Inn noticed there's still disgusting coffee filter in the machine from previous guest. It was a horrible experience. Will never come back here after they had done all that to me. Staff was friendly though.

In all fairness the majority of staff here are pretty awesome with the exception of their operating manager which pretty much ruined the back 1/2 of our trip. She literally terrible human being awful, literally making my 10 year old daughter cry while I was up at the front desk extending/paying for our reservation (after we had already been there a week). I spoke to their night auditor, whom is super awesome about the interaction. Apparently the operating manager didnt take that too well and was present at the time I checked in for this trip, interrupting the staff member who was about to hand me our room keys and informed me she was refusing to honor my (all our luggage was already unloaded from the cars) reservation. That left me on Halloween afternoon scrambling to find another hotel and get my Kiddo back to our neighborhood (we’re having mold remediation done and live local) for Trick or Treating. This pretty much ruined my daughters Halloween.Equally horrible, I’m physically disabled/permanently handicapped and all my help for packing/unloading my vehicle had left sometime ago as up to that point check in was normal. I’m still next level livid.

The room was great! Love the space, the kitchen is big with a full size refrigerator. I wish the kitchen was smaller so there would be more space in the living room. They serve breakfast in the lobby and the day we were there it was packed so just be patient, they kept refilling the breakfast items which was great!
