"First room it was a really bad leak in the bathroom but they relocated us to another room. Internet never worked on the restaurant area so was no way to work while eating due to the time difference. So we were limited to work WiFi just soap no shampoo/conditioner travel when we arrived. I know the state is hot but it was no comforter for night sleep I know we should ask and I know if we did definitely they would’ve brought it to us, but I don’t think those are things that should or it wasn’t need to be asked for. I’m not complaining. I’m just giving ideas for mandatory stuff to be inside of the room while guest arrive on a five star hotel. "

"So we went here for a getaway during our stay in Brazil. When we arrived found out that no one speaks english which website makes it sound like there is staff thag does. The room we booked was also right above the kids center which was very loud even till 10pm. It was also the off season so there was an incredible amount of construction going on around during the day right close to our room. The staff was excellent though. Very helpful and accommodating. The food was much the same each day. This place is great for families with young kids. "
