Independent, Isabela Island hotels

"Beds were comfy, A/C worked great, spacious enough, one of our rooms had a patio which was nice. Three pool was pretty small, but we prefer the beach anyway. It was a very short walk to get to the town with restaurants, shoes, bike rentals, etc. It was disappointing that they didn't have any rooms for a family of 4 so we had to split into 2 rooms. An unknown benefit was that we were able to get our laundry done (~$20 for a full hamper, and it came back there next morning folded nicely). Overall I would recommend unless the ones right on the beach were close in price. "

"Room is spacious but it is the only good thing I can say about this hotel. It’s bare minimum, ac barely works, faucet didn’t give enough water. Owner wanted to charge $10 per day for beach towel per person. No shampoo provided just soap bars. They wanted to charge us half a day for late checkout. She was helpful calling a cab. Pictures poorly depicted actual place. If you need anything office is locked so you need to go across the street to the bar. No food at premises. Poor value. Cheaper places on the water. I would not recommend"

"We loved the staff! I got injured because I rolled my ankle down the street from the hotel and fell on my leg. It was pretty cut up from the gravel. The staff were very attentive and brought me everything I needed. I was very appreciative of the help. The location was close to the beach. You have your own entrance from the hotel to a beautiful beach. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay. The room was very clean and spacious! The fridge in our room was great! The water pressure was perfect! Loved our stay! We would come back."
