The property was clean, staff were friendly, my only complaint is that Central Park Terme advertise as having air conditioning. I chose this hotel because they listed they had air conditioning. The air conditioning barely worked. The staff tried giving me different rooms, but they were all the same. Loved the vouchers for Medusa Beach Club.

TrĂšs bon hĂŽtel Ă  1km du port se fait Ă  pieds si pas trop de bagages

Trevligt hotell med bra lÀge

Det var helt ok! Enkla rum med en rymlig balkong. Badrummet var stort och rent men en dag lÄg det kvar en Àcklig svamp pÄ vÄra grejer pÄ handfatet efter de stÀdat
 Poolen var mycket trevlig och hade en bra poolbar. LÀget var toppen!

Dejligt, rent hotel i god stand

Dejligt hotel med super beliggenhed. PÊnt rent og fin service med strandstole pÄ Medusa stranden. Eneste mindre minus er at poolen er badekars temperatur, fitness er outdated og trÊnger til en overhaling og prisniveauet pÄ frokost i poolbaren. Men man mÄ gerne medbringe egne drikkevarer. Alt i alt et godt valg!

Pleasant experience with my family

Pleasant experience with my family. The hotel is well located, close to everything. The shopping area, several restaurants and the main beach are easily reachable. The Aragona Castle is also not far. It's a nice evening walk! Good breakfast and dinner. Recommended!

Una piacevole esperienza. L'hotel Ăš in zona centrale, vicino al centro, al porto e alla spiaggia principale della zona porto. In piĂč Ăš dotato di ottime terme. Le restrizioni COVID-19 richiedono una prenotazione, che in vantaggio consente di usufruire delle terme da soli. Colazione varia e buona. Consigliato.

Accoglienza distratta e unwelcoming. Camera deludente per design e stato degli arredi, bagno decadente e non proprio pulitissimo, ristorante bordo piscina e colazione: no comment. Bra och prisvÀrt hotel

Hotelet ligger ca 5-10 minuters taxiresa frÄn ankomsthamnen i Ischia Porto PromenadsavstÄnd till bÄde strÀnder och mÀngder med resturanger Ligger inbÀddat i grönska med en bra pool och en ok PoolBar/ Resturang. Vi Ät en middag pÄ hotelet dÀr de serverade bara 3 rÀtters till middag. Frukosten var vÀl sÄder, men kanske ganska typiskt Italiensk med mycket sött DÀr var till största delen Italienare pÄ hotelet och i alla Äldrar. Rummet var helt ok (lite lyhört)och med en rejÀl terras I poolbaren fick vi mycket tips och information frÄn personalen som jobbade dÀr, speciellt frÄn Maurizio som var frÄn ön och varit lÀnge pÄ hotelet. Helt klart ett bra hotel och prisvÀrt med bra lÀge

La struttura risente di una insufficiente manutenzione a livello generale la pulizia delle camere Ăš poco curata i corridoi ai piani hanno guide molto sporche basterebbero dieci minuti per passare l'aspirapolvere ma non viene fatto ,fuori dalla nostra camera sulla guida c'erano formiche quasi ovunque.Gestione poco curata delle piscine termali.

Our experience overall was disappointing. The hotel itself is just okay, it’s facilities like the pool area and the furniture inside the room were a bit dated; nothing too bad, but it seemed expensive for its condition. I think this is the norm for Ischia though. The breakfast was good—variety of options and better than what was provided by other hotels on our trip to the coast. One hugely disappointing factor was the service at the front desk—they weren’t warm or inviting at check in, and were unhelpful with an incident that occurred after check out. I realized I had left my wedding ring in the room shortly after check out, and called them as soon as we arrived at our hotel later that day. The manager stated that the cleaning lady allegedly hadn’t found anything, and there was nothing they could do until the current occupants left the room. They did not take the initiative to get back to me on the issue, so my husband ended up having to call back multiple times to get them to actually do something, and I also sent them an email with a picture of the ring, to which they never responded. I still feel sick about the whole thing; the ring was handmade with diamonds passed down by my husband’s grandmother, so can’t really be replaced. I never take it off except to wash my face, so there was no question as to where I would have left it. I understand these things happen during travel, but due to the lack of service and compassion on the hotel’s part, I can’t recommend a stay here.
