Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Great location, room was clean overall but windows, shower door needed to be cleaned and even after housekeeping the shower door did not get cleaned. Mosquitoes are bad, screens on windows would help. Lights on path did not come on at appropriate times and the pathway and steps were dark every night; front door lock is very finicky; gate entry and key box was very efficient; wifi did not work so had to go to cafes although we did get comped for one breakfast. We got bedside lamps and a wall hook on the second day of our stay so it appears that the property is a work in progress. Has great potential.
