Outstanding service from all the staff - from the front desk, to housekeeping, and the dutiful restaurant staff. The rooftop restaurant (Lampara) served delicious food and the wait staff were excellent. Our room, overlooking the sea and the Castelo, was spacious.

The staff was extremely nice, helpful and very attentive. The rooms were very well appointed and the views of the ocean, beach and castle were spectacular. We also enjoyed our breakfast each morning and dinner on top of the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and right on the waterfront. It is in walking distance to the bus stop and many shops and restaurants. The hotel also has a wonderful breakfast buffet with excellent service. I also appreciate the small gym at the very top floor, that has an incredible view. Staff were very helpful, and i was always greeted and treated with respect.

We had a room with an amazing view of the sea. The hotel is located away from the port so not crowded. A short walk to the Aragon castle.

Fantastic location with extremely comfortable rooms (the bed was unbelievably comfortable) and the most kind and accommodating staff I've ever encountered, and a special mention to Agostino in the bar who was a wonderful person to meet. The property was gorgeous and right next to the local water taxi. The staff were kind, attentive, and room service and other services were almost barely seen or heard which I always think is nice as you come back to clean and quiet rooms. Lovely stay in off the beaten path Ischia

Beautiful location and hotel. A little dated in some parts, but excellent overall. Would have liked to see some mesh nets to be able to leave the window open and hear the sound of the sea. Mosquitos were a big problem as there were about 20 in the room waiting for our arrival. We had to go on a killing spree to get rid of them. Great breakfast and service throughout.
