"Our room was very clean and the air conditioning works very well. The kitchen is fully equipped and the shower was great as well.
Unfortunately, there was no WIFI in the room. The reception gave us a password for the WIFI near the pool, but it didn't work at any time.
Also, they don't provide any toiletries, only one roll of toilet paper and after that is over you have to buy.

"Was waiting outside the property for more than 3 hrs. No one picked up the call until after 3 hrs. This was our 1st time travelling to aboard and it was the most scary experience as not many people speak English or understand. We thought we got scammed cuz when they 1st picked up the call they said we don’t have the booking on your name. We were with our bags and lagged outside looking for the property. Also the taxi driver left us somewhere els and we had to walk half and he with our bags to...

"Spacious apartments a couple of kilometres away but not directly in the nature.
Communication around the extra fees could be better. Having to pay extra for bed sheets and towels, as well as needing to put them ourselves was a first for us. "

"Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr bemüht, aber die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war für den Preis sehr schlecht! (nach der Buchung konnte man im Kleingedruckten lesen)Keine Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Klima, Mülltüten, Wlan und die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr minimalistisch, aber 5 separate Mülleimer auf dem Balkon, sehr gemütlich.
Der hohe Preis kann nur der zentralen Lage zur Stadt geschuldet sein. "

"Die Kommunikation unter dem Rezeptionspersonal scheint nicht reibungslos zu funktuonieren. Unsere Buchungänderungen wurden nicht weitergegeben. Man kam uns dann mit dem Preis entgegen und sie waren bemüht eine Lösung zu finden.
Das Essen und das Personal des Restaurants, vorallem Nicolo, waren super! Nicolo zeigte uns dann noch ein Club in der Nähe, da wir auch nach der Suche nach ein bisschen Party waren.
Allem in allem würden wir definitiv wieder kommen - mille grazie!"

"From the moment we stepped out of the car the service was absolutely outstanding. Greetings from all workers including front desk staff/management were very professional. Very accommodating! This hotel from top to bottom thought about all details at a high level. Loved the kids club giving adults time to adult, love the restaurants and the staff who treated everyone special, and loved the room. I can not wait to return! "

"Amazing stay. Informative staff give advice on things to do and getting around. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was excellent, AC is powerful, double windows allow any degree of light/fresh air combination.
Breakfast for £10 is a buffet of simple breakfast items, which is an option for comfort."

"Very good location...not to far to beach area with lounge chairs and umbrella. How ever beach area alot of weeds....no cleaning/removing of dark weeds.
Must say that the A/C worked very well in our room!
Wifi not functioning very well....no wifi for couple of days. And when it does function it works only in common areas.
Location of hotel near port so plenty of shops and restaurants or to just go for a stroll.
Overall decent hotel. Staff is very accomodating"

"We arrived 00:15. Front desk was still staffed (apparently 24/7). Street parking was the main isdue with the hotel apprarently being near full and it being late."

"Nice hotel, near Cala Brandinchi, it has comfortable cabins well equipped for families, nice staff, specially Cinthia the safeguard, which was really nice with us. Restaurants are nice, 40 min to Olbia and 2 hours to Cala Gonone. The beach hotel is ok, but no so beautiful as other beaches of Sardinia. The good thing is that beach is almost private for hotel guest. Great hotel to go with kids of 4-13 years old"
