overall, the staff were very attentive and helpful. Obviously the property is small in size and a "guest house" title would be more befitting. Annoying part is the supervisor in the small dining room looking at you constantly whilst you are eating. One feels privacy is invaded.

Nice guest house for a short stay
I went with my disabled brother and mum. We stayed for 10 days. The staff are very nice and polite. I have no complaints with anything. but breakfast room was quite small, for some people this may be ideal, however i felt it was intimidating with staff members looking at you whilst you munch away. We woke up everyday with reception smiling away and always jumped to help us or any queries I had about anything.We went to the top roof and had my Vit D from the sun. We went out everyday for a morning walk for 30 mins, the area is very safe and I can see myself living there in comfort perm. We went toshakarparian. All the amusements are nearby 10 mins by car. I used Careem service and that added to my comfort at this guest house, Will be coming back in summer again with my whole family again. InshaAllah. Highly recommend this place as it is a family house.

Good overall but could be better
The stay was good overall. The facility is nice, rooms are comfortable. It's a guest house more than a hotel. Front desk folks seem to be aloof - sets the first impression and tone of your overall experience. Need to find better people who are more customer service oriented for the establishment to really begin thinking about becoming 4 Star. Breakfast was ok but generally sub-par for 4-star. Location is not that great... A bit of walk from anything, since it's a residential neighbourhood

Comfortable, quiet and secure. Delightful staff.
I spent a week staying at the Chalet. The breakfasts were excellent. The staff were helpful. The room was a comfortable oasis. A great business travel option.
Great black out curtains and double glazed windows. Kept the room cool, quiet and dark for a good night's sleep.

세탁을 맡긴 것이 호텔의 landary 정책상 표기 되어있던 스케줄을 맞춰서 온 적이 한 번도 없고, 하루씩 늦게 세탁이 도착 하였으며, 결국 그 중에 한번은 세탁물이 도착하지 못하여 체크아웃 시간이 지연, 참석해야 하는 회의에 늦음. 호텔스닷컴으로 다 결제를 하고 갔는데도 로비에서 실수로 추가로 숙박비 결제를 함. 이를 발견하고 환불 요청을 했더니, 24시간이 지나서 신용카드 결제 취소가 안된다며 300불에 달하는 금액을 현지화 현금으로 환불 해 줌. 아침식사 부실하고 호텔내 편의시설 전혀 없음. 매우 불만족.

their free airport pickup service was good but they didnt have available rooms for us. We booked 2 rooms for1 night. They brought us to one apartment and asked us to share one bed room.(this is my business trip with my MALE boss). I said we are not a couple, but they seemed they didnt care. we had to wait until they finished cleaning. I had to share one room with a manager from my partner company and sleep on the floor(they provided 10cm thickness matress for me). The bathtub was broken, so water overflowed. no amenities even toothbrush. no restaurant. they promised us to bring our breakfast to our rooms at 8am. we checked once again at 8:30, they seemed to forget about it. finally, they brought food at 9am. we strongly insist to get a refund for one room but they didnt answer. Can you imagine?? I paid almost 190 USD for one night even though i had to take such inconvenience. I will compain about this unacceptable situation to hotels.com right after I go back to my country.

You are still requested to please apply for a refund and we will definitely refund all amount to you. We are extremely sorry for being unable to provide you the accommodation of your choice.
