"Im sorry to say this because I dont like leaving bad reviews; however this stay was not good. My first night I had the noisiest room possible. It was right on the highway amd across from the train station. The sound proofing in this building is not good and all I heard all night was cars flying by and a constant beeping sound from the train station. Furthermore, the curtain didnt completely cover the window, so every time a car would go by I would see the lights travel through my room, and there...

"The hotel is in the downtown. It is in the closed or covered old market area of Kayseri. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets around. The hotel is excellent."

"Good stay for a night after our flight and the breakfast was fantastic however a lot of amenities were missing such as towels, toilet paper and toiletries and needs some maintenance. "
"The staff is very helpful. Location is very good, everything in walkable distance. Wifi is very good. We were staying at the Ground Floor room, where there are noises from the drainage system in the building all the time. There is often cigarette smoke smell in the apartment which we have to open the window at all times. "

"Wonderfully welcoming and helpful staff. Beautiful rooms, with the most comfortable pillows I've ever encountered in a hotel. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. They can also do food in the evening, which wasn't very well publicised. Thanks especially to Ahmed, who kindly recommended the dishes we should try...he was right, they were amazing!"
