It was so nice, and it is a college campus, so it is really safe. Pet-friendly and good breakfast. Parking is way too expensive. No need to charge $50 a night when there is plenty of parking.

Everything excellent, tips for improvement, bath mats, more cutlery including tea spoons, a kettle (us brits like tea) and more towels when it's a family. All was manageable though with what was provided.

Super clean, host was very attentive. Liked having kitchen and laundry. Everything worked well (internet, laundry). Minor issues: Low water pressure in shower. Recycling chute wouldn’t open.
