"View is beautiful. Beach is stunning. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean but surprised to find NO hand soap, no coffee, no hair dryer nothing to wash dishes with if used...none of the little small things typically found in hotel much less a "resort" would have packed all of those if I knew. Tv in bedroom did not work properly at all Apps were inaccessible on both tvs. "

"The breakfast was ok, cereal or bagels, oranges. The yogurt machine was broke, assorted drinks. The room was bare bones , no decor or microwave but very clean and a nice big tv. The staff were polite and professional ."

"I reserved the historic city view option , and what I actually got was a view of the roof, the a/c units and maybe the view of the roof of ONE of the historic buildings. The staff was amazing, however for the price that we paid we should have gotten a discount since we didn’t get the view that we paid for. If you select a historic view option, make sure you are not in rooms 312, 310, or 308."

"The room did not have a working phone. ? Of why there was a shower cap over the smoke detector. Maintenance did respond to the issues after the 2 nd time we asked! Took the cap off the smoke detector but phone was not fixed. Housekeeping did not make the beds between days. No trash done in our room. We reported this to front desk on our way out!"
