My stay was excellent with friendly and professional staff. Clean comfortable room. Proximity to everything. I really don’t know how to praise the hotel stay enough! Loved it!

No a/c. Everything else was perfect, but the lack of a/c was an issue. I couldn't get that good hotel sleep because it was so hot and uncomfortable in my room. Even the lobby was hot. It just made no sense. Out of 5 stars, I'd give the place 2 out of 5 simply due to no a/c. I took cold showers multiple times. I just hated it.

The hotel is beautiful, however not very functional unless you are a solo traveler. The bathroom is a small glass box that you can hear/see everything through, which is not ideal when someone else is in the room. The shower floods across the whole bathroom floor because there is no door separating the shower and toilet, so you will be standing in a puddle when using the restroom unless you dry it up. Also extremely disappointed in the actual check in process. We arrived earlier in the day and inquired about early check in, to which the staff at the desk said the room was not ready yet but that they would place us on a “priority list” and give us a call when it was ready. So we stored our luggage and went to kill some time. We arrived back at 3pm, the original check in time, and were told that our room just needed to be ‘inspected’. So we sat in the lobby and waited for almost two hours for our room to be ready, until we couldn’t anymore as we had a reservation. I asked the front desk if there was an ETA on the room and they said they could not provide one, but they would call and email me once the room was available. So we stored our luggage again and left. We did not receive a call or email at all letting us know our room was ready. We were finally able to check in around 9pm when we got back to the hotel. The staff were wonderful! The room was small but had everything we needed including a great view of the city. We ate dinner at the restaurant on our last night and it was very good. This is where we will stay from not on!

They position it as a resort-style luxury experience, but it is far from that. It is really just a basic standard hotel stay with small rooms. So the value just isn't there, especially when you're paying a nightly resort fee for a place that has little to no amenities and minimal service. Even if they give you the $20 day credit, it doesn't outweigh just staying somewhere else. It's not in a crowded area with service that just doesn't compare to what else is in the area for the exact same price. Then this hotel is just across the street. The only reason to stay here is to read the history on the walls, which you can do for free if you just come as a patron versus a guest of the hotel. If you want to say you stayed at the hard rock save that bucket list for Vegas. This isn’t even comparable.
