"Upon arrival, was helped by a lovely young lady who spoke English well. She told us we could have a late check out at no extra charge. The next day she wasn’t working and after the check out time when we were checking out, they told me I needed to pay for the extra time. They ended up not charging me after I challenged it. Rooms were nice enough. Two sheets on the bed, no blanket. Towels were a bit threadbare. Food and drinks were very good at the restaurant. Location was beautiful. "

"primera y ultima vez que me quedo en este lugar, las habitaciones no son comodas, estan muy desarregladas, los muebles son muy viejos ya estan rotos, la llave de la tina del bano estaba liquiando, la puerta corrediza del balcon no cerraba, tiles quebrados en todo los pasillos del hotel, no habia internet ni agua caliente, el costo de las habitaciones es exesivo como si pagaras por un hotel de lujo, la comida no es buena y a parte de eso los precios estan bastante altos en general.."
