"Room compact but had all amenities we required, our room located on left side of chalet building kept cool all day out of the midday sun. We've stayed here a few times No problems with staff members all accommodating booking taxis etc, easy check in / out. 10mins walk to Park & ride catch bus into Cambridge."

Room layout and size was perfect, air con was not cool enough at some point it was very warm in the night. Breakfast was perfect and lots of great options. Enjoyed the cocktails. "Elevator was down and had requested a pick up of my luggage and no one came- then attempted to contact multiple different ways and could not reach anyone. Room was great, breakfast was delicious. Down elevator/ hard to contact was frustrating. "

"My wife went into Addenbrooks for brain surgery and wanted me to be nearby. Although this wasn’t the cheapest hotel it was in fairly easy walking distance to the hospital. When I got there the receptionist asked what my stay was for and I told her she waved the parking fee and also told me that they do a special rate for people staying and going to the hospital. My room was very comfortable and the air conditioning came in very handy as it was so hot that week. The free breakfast was amazing and plentiful. I really enjoyed my stay although the circumstances could have been different. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you again. "
