"The front desk staff were awesome—helpful, friendly, & welcoming. Every staff member I met in the hallways, elevators and lobby were also very helpful and engaging.
My only complaint had nothing to do with the hotel itself. During my stay, there was a large quinceanera party across the street with many of their guests also guests of the hotel.
On Saturday night after returning from the quinceanera, the pool area was inundated with loud intoxicated, rowdy individuals who had no regard for the people in their rooms, trying to sleep and prepare for the next days travels or activities.
Between between 10 and 11:30 PM, I was awake in three times by the noise from the pool, which was supposed to have closed down for the evening at 10 PM.
Although I realize that staff has minimal control over situations like this, it was extremely frustrating since we had young soccer players with us who were attempting to sleep in preparation for a tournament the following day. In speaking with some of the other parents the following day, it wasn’t just me that suffered from the lack of quiet in the hotel.
Again, my interactions with the front desk, staff housekeeping, and everyone in the buffet area were exceptional. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and as I said, my only complaint was the lack of courtesy from the other guests, staying there and partying."
