The staffs are racists and not friendly. They don’t have proper training of dealing with guest. They moved out my staff from my room in my absence. Rooms are narrow and noisy. No charging socket for IPhone. Lifts services are horrible. The manager of the hotel tried to be nice but end of the day the entire system is inefficient and full of poor service. I don’t recommend it.

A blend of the old and the new! Good location in Sultanhamet- close to the major sights but away from hustle of the centre. Near tram stop too and boat pier. Thanks to Merck too on front desk. Lovely roof terrace with amazing views of the blue mosque

Breakfast and staff were both excellent. I got in at almost midnight and staff helped me up to the fourth floor with my luggage. They also took it down when I checked out. Being that I am 80 years old and walk with a cane, it meant so much to me. I wanted to go to their spa, but realized that their spa was at another place. However, they provided free transportation to and from the spa. I thoroughly enjoyed the spa and hammam treatments. Note that this hotel does not have a lift, and I had to go up to the fourth floor via winding stairs, and after the third floor, the lights were out on the stairs. For an 80 year old lady using a cane, it was a hazard. Once I got up to my room, I did not want to go down anymore. They should have advised this to guests during booking that this hotel had no lift, and that rooms could be on higher floors. Since I booked and paid for my room a week or so before I took my trip, I had no way of knowing. And since I came after 11 pm, I did not have a choice. But that should have been made clear during booking. Other than that I was happy with my breakfast. The cheese and vegetables were always fresh, and the egg omelet they served was always cooked fresh and delicious.

The staff were professional, nice and helpful. Hotel is very old, but clean. I could smell cigarettes in our room. It must have come through the vents.
