"Great hotel very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Friendly stuff. Good food, tasty but Menu is short. Unfortunately nobody from staff speak english , even on the reception. No english menu. Therme which was included to the room price, is open till 20:30, at least that what was written, however I have tried to go at 19:30, and the door to Therme was closed.As they are claiming this is a four star hotel, they shall put more efforts for international customers."

"Wir haben uns während unseres Kurzurlaubes rundum wohlgefühlt .Das Zimmer lag im 2.Stock,gut mit dem Lift zu erreichen. "Checking in was easy and the staff were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good. The property itself seemed run down. Stairwells were a bit dirty and doors that said “always keep closed” were always open. Also the side entry door we used was never locked, so not sure if that’s a safety issue. Our room was also VERY hot inside. We didn’t know why, the heat was not on. We had to open our room door and the window to get airflow. It was so uncomfortably hot inside (no AC). "
