Hoax Hotel

The hotel is not at the address informed in the reservation, at the address there is only wasteland and empty half built buildings. The bathroom was very dark. No hangers for towels. The room itself was on the basement level. The air conditioner never worked. I woke up, and the room was very smelly. I had to open a window to help with the unpleasant smell. On the other hand, the staff was very helpful. The bathroom had all the toiletries. The shower water pressure was excellent. Overall is overpriced.

The hotel is very clean, hotel staff is very kind, but noises from neighbor people sometimes interpret sleeping, if you are sensitive to noise. The biggest problem may be the transportation from the airport to the hotel. Although hotel is 10 minutes away from the airport by taxi, there may be no public transportation around hotel. I requested a taxi at the airport, which costed 45 USD in the round-trip. So, it was not so cheap. Because the Havaist bus service provides cheap transportation such as roughly 150 TRY, You might realize more cheap stay in total by choosing another hotel, which is close to the Havaist bus stop. But, anyway, the hotel was very clean, hotel staff was very kind.

I booked through Expedia and paid online but when I arrived at the hotel they told me they didn't have an available room and refused to provide me a refund. I created a case in Expedia and Expedia refused to provide the refund as well. Do not use neither Expedia nor the hotel if you do not want to lose your money. I paid for 2 days and now I can't get even a penny, very disappointing!

Inadmissible

La porte de salle de bain ne fermait pas. La douche a ete rafistolée et continue a fuire. Impossible de dormir des travaux et beaucoup de bruits des employes a l'accueil jusqua 1h30 du matin. Nous avions pris cette hotel pour une nuit et dormir pour aller facilement a l'aéroport. Quelle déception. A fuir.
