It’s a very nice hotel. The staff are great, especially ILAYDA at the reception desk and ISMIR the valet-bellman. It is safe secure and clean, I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel will not offer a credit or voucher for missed check in with a valid reason. Don’t expect a quick email response on the weekend neither. It took three days for a response to my email. There is a non refundable policy which is not spoken about or given at time of booking…be aware!
