"Bine que bien situé le logement ne mérite pas ses 3 étoiles. La literie et les draps sont de basse qualité. Les draps sont plus petit que le lit. Bruit du frigidaire toute la nuit. Problème d odeur sans la chambre. Et parfois pas assez s eau chaude pour tout le monde. Petit déjeuner de mauvaise qualité.desolé pour le personnel qui fait des efforts"

"Very nice boutique hotel BUT doesn't have elevator and phone to call front desk, I have to go down like 3 times to let them know things or to get some towels. Is not coffee at the room, you have to go down ordered and pay for it!! "

"Building Stefan Resort Sud was a great and fun resort. The reception staff were very accommodating and friendly with their guests. I plan to return due to my family’s experience here. They were flexible too in adding the breakfast option after booking."

The property is on the lake side of a highway with no crossing directly available, so you need to wither croas by the over-road bridge 200m to the right or pedestrian crossin 300m to the left wirh no pavement anywhere. "I have never been to a more mismanaged and more misguided hotel in my life (and that says a lot as I travel quite a bit). The property is on the lake side of a highway with no crossing directly available, so you need to wither croas by the over-road bridge 200m to the right or pedestrian crossin 300m to the left wirh no pavement anywhere. Key features: - Reception doesn't care about guests at all. - Cleaners might come or not, unless you ask multiple times for it. - AC either doesn't work or blows right on the bed directly. - Leak stains everywhere - Dirty floor and tables in the dining area and patio. - Ridiculous pool stinking of bleach. - Free toiletries given as pack of 1 for 2 guests. - Exposed wiring - Elevator doesn't work from 3rd floor - Key Cards work only in some rooms - After AC leaked in our room and aoaked into the carpet, we had to ask reception 3 times before they moved us. - WiFi worka sporadically at best. - Genuinely unfriendly and bored staff. - Coffee machines contanrly broken in breakfast area. No response from managemebt about our enquiries and ask for cancelation of our stay. People, please avoid this place at all costs!!! "

"I loved my experience at Vega Hotel in Mamaia. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The food, both at the breakfast and the lunch was very good and diverse and all the plates were delicious. Congratulations to your chef! The staff at the beach were also very helpful and always polite. I’ve spent a good time at Vega Hotel and I will surely come back again in the future!"
