"We were in a cabin for 5 in a lovely position, very secluded with excellent views. Parking was convenient next to the cabin. Interior was clean and comfortable with plenty of storage space. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The site was a bit run down but it was early season and the bar area and outside seating looked like if could be tidied up and be comfortable. "This hotel had a historic feel with a convenient location by the train station for our very early morning train. Even though it is historic feeling, this place has a lift! I wasn't expecting that, so what a bonus, although the staircase is also lovely. It was a short walk to the historic downtown and loads of restaurants for the evening. And although the neighbourhood itself felt a bit seedy when we arrived it seemed safe. The shower was the smallest I think I've seen but it worked, and the room was really well appointed. We didn't do the breakfast because of the early train but it was offered. I think this was good value for money."
