Sempre tive este hotel como minh casa em BC. O atedimento inicial muito bom como sempre. Pedi um upgrade, me encaminhou para o quarto super antigo, piso e mobiliário descascando e parecia que estava na rua. Pedi para mudar, a mesma coisa + e pior um quarto passando por remendos, colchoes desconfortaveis ja fiquei em quartos novos por isso. Era melhor me deixar no que eu reservei e acomodacão atual. Nao sei se volto a me hospedar no Marimar

O hotel Marimar é muito bom! Ficou ainda melhor depois da reforma. Há um tempo atrás o café da manhã era ruim, mas foi reestruturado e agora é ótimo! Tem uma variedade grande de pães, bolos, frutas, laticínios e muito mais! Cama box, muito boa, lençóis e toalhas muito limpas e cheirosas! Limpeza impecável! Na recepção todos muito amáveis e atenciosos! Voltaremos com certeza!

Hotel confortável, boa localização, café da manhã bom. Muitos funcionários na recepção e no restaurante, porém poucos deles dispostos a prestar um atendimento de qualidade. A impressão é de que o hóspede incomoda quando pergunta algo. Mesmo assim, destaco o atendimento impecável do Sandro no restaurante todos os dias no café da manhã. Sandro está sempre de bom-humor, prestativo e se sente feliz em servir bem, o que faz toda a diferença quando se trata de lidar com o público. Resumindo, hotel ok como vários outros e o atendimento pode melhorar muito quando se trata de encantar o cliente.
