"I always bring Clorox wipes or Lysol wipes to wipe down the bathrooms the TV remotes door handles things like that but when I wiped off things in this hotel room, I’ve never seen a dirtier wipe before in my life like I don’t know if they’re just dusting the place and not actually cleaning it or what but the bathroom was better than most the other areas, but I was shocked to say the least because like I said I do this all of the hotels I stay at. At over $500 for two nights stay I’d expect better. Also, I went by the front desk asked for 4 extra towels because we have 4 people staying in our room and they gave me the spiel about every three days blah blah blah but I feel like if a customer is asking for more towels, then they need more towels and they shouldn’t be read the riot act anyways I was out on my way out so I just asked her to have housekeeping dropped them off whenever they came by that morning cause I was leaving at like 9 AM and she said OK and then when we came back after all, my family had to shower and reused towels that other people had used I realized that housekeeping did not take the towels down there & then the lady at the front desk. different person told my stepmom the same thing, but then gave her the towels which I’ve never experienced before. I’ve never had any hotel ever tell me about their three day towel policy situation. It’s usually just an option to the guests to reuse their towels if they’d like but not forced to. Ice makers were always out too"
