Convenient location because walkable to many places. Has washer/dryer. Multiple Convenient stores across or a few steps from hotel with money exchange ATM machine. Love blackout feature in the room. Has umbrellas in lobby for hotel guests on rant days.

Paid a premium price for what felt like a subpar hotel experience. With such a big name attached to the property, I expected much better amenities and service. One of the biggest disappointments was the lack of room service. After a long day of walking and sightseeing, especially with kids, the last thing you want to do is leave the room again just to find something to eat. For the price, I expected a much more comfortable and convenient experience.
