"Air conditioner dont work, Manager said “ because you came from Puerto Rico” is why you feel the room so Hot…. Is a terrible service and they discriminate with me with the comment…. Btw so many people complain that de came out of Fans. I file a complain and the Executive team need to address the issue. I pay for two rooms. Terrible terrible terrible experience"
