"The only issues I had was the fitted sheets on the bed kept coming off they seemed too small and I could smell bad cigarette smoke in the corner of the room. Not sure if someone was smoking next door or if some of the furniture were just permeated with the smell. "

"Don’t plan on utilizing the restaurant as you may at other resorts and hotels. The food isn’t bad but the wait times and service was horrendous. Our waitress was also the bartender and got overloaded with tickets. Forgot about us being her table. Almost everyone other person we interacted with had a bad experience at the restaurant. We did do take out pizza and breakfast burritos which were good. I would recommend take out and not dining in. Everyone also has their own interpretation of when things open and close and what is open. They no longer have Starbucks or Pizza Hut. The Canyon Grill (main restaurant) is open 8-8 Water slide opens at 1115-445 Oool grill opens at 12. Even though it didn’t open until 1240 the day we were there. Great experience overall but if I were looking to buy a timeshare (which I’m not), I would have been very tainted by the dining experiences. "

"Clean rooms, friendly staff"

"Arrived on March 14, 2026 morning staff was not friendly and rude. We asked about an early check-in and some questions was given attitude. But then I met an afternoon staff, and she was wonderful and greeted us and helped us with our stay. She also upgraded our room to a mini suite which was nice of her. "

"Staff was not very helpful and apparently gave away my reservation. I was never notified about any issues until I checked in. I asked about getting it corrected the following days and nothing ever happened. The bed was the worst I ever experienced. I have disc problems and that bed gelt like the springs were digging into me. The room felt very old and dated. It's disappointing as the hotels nearby were much better but had to pay much more as I ended up leaving my reservation and looked elsewhere. I can go on and on. But there should have never been an issue to begin with and there wouldn't have if they simply gave me the room I ordered. "
