Kudo's to Rafael, Selene, (Both Concierges) and Jaime in the Buffet restaurant. everyday a smile and Spanish lessons with our coffee! Location is second to none by the way in Ixtapa. "We enjoyed the balcony. We loved sitting by the ocean. The Food was Amazing the whole week until our last night. Antonio at the Italian restaurant was Great! Our last night we are at Las Brisas II & we both got very ill with both vomitting & dysyntery. We think it was the Tomato Basil soup Last night! Do not feed it to Any One Else!!!"

"Clean comfortable amazing place! Isaac and JP are great servers. However, the pool drink service was a little slower this year and could use a little improvement with some of the other staff. Otherwise very happy with this place."
