"HOTEL OVERALL IS VERY GOOD. THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY, THE PLACE IS VERY CLEAN AND ITS IN A GOOD LOCATION. THE REASON FOR THE 4/5 STARS IS JUST A COUPLE OF THINGS I DISLIKED. FOR ONE THE ROOM WAS VERY HOT AND THERE IS NO AC OR EVEN A FAN. I UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS NOT A VERY HOT CITY BUT DURING THE DAY THE ROOM WAS HOT. ALSO THE INTERNET SUCKS. I NEEDED TO WORK AND THE WIFI WOULD NOT REACH MY ROOM. THERE WAS ONLY WIFI IN THE LOBBY. THE RESTAURANTS FOOD HAD REALLY GOOD FLAVOR BUT THE WAITERS ARE A BIT SLOW IN TERMS THAT THERE WAS AT LEAST 4 OF THEM AND ONLY 3 TABLES TO SERVE AND THE SERVICE WAS NOT THE BEST. I ATE THERE 4 TIMES AND EVERY SINGLE TIME MY FOOD WAS COLD."

There was no help offered with our luggage, and the staff did not explain anything about the property, the amenities, or what activities were available during our stay. When we tried to ask questions at the front desk, the staff member was rude and seemed more focused on her computer than helping us. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential, but the customer service needs to improve."
