Room was spacious but had some issues in appliances and interior. Breakfast is from 8 o'clock so we were compelled to skip it because of early departure. Staff was helpful and polite but the communication needed smartphone.

Bad room nut good restaurang and breakfast

A 3 star hotel in this small picturesque but mostly cozy town of İznik, which basically a town filled with anciant history. The hotel is located at almost the end of the Isnik Lake, with a beutiful scenary. There are plenty of parking spots of you travel by car. And there a little garden and a pool, that I didn't try. Outside there are paths for exercise or walking. The room however isn't the best. For this price range it is unfortunately not enough. The bed is alright, even if it is a little bit too low for hotel standards. The air condition is working properly. The shower has good water pressure and the temperature takes it time, but eventually reaches it. The water is sprays a little bit uneven tough. The carpet om the floor is however under all criticism and should be change fast. It was not clean and quite dirty. The towels are almost okay. So don't expect to much of the rooms, only for overnighting. The restaurant however with its wiev and positively "serpme" breakfast, was surprisingly good. Service was excellent and fast. Even If I had to wait for the refill of the tea. Well, the. I had some time to write this review, so all good🙂 Room quality 2, the restaurant makes it 3 star even.

Kesinlikle yeniden gitmek isteyeceğim bir otel

Otelin konumu ideal, gölün hemen karşısında, şehir merkezine 5-10 dk yürüyüş mesafesinde. Bahçe ve konum sayesinde doğa içindeymiş hissi yaşıyorsunuz. Deluxe odamız geniş ve tertemizdi. Kahvaltı kifayetli, personel de gayet güler yüzlüydü. Tek dezavantaj, klima sadece oda anahtarıyla çalıştığı için, dışarı çıktığınızda odayı serinletmek mümkün olmuyor. Alt kattaki odalar doğrudan havuza açılıyor, perdeleri sürekli kapalı tutmak pek hoş olmasa gerek. Bizim oda 1. katta ve balkonluydu, tercih edilir.

Güler yüzlü çalışanlar

Otelin araç park alanına aracımızı teslim edip resepsiyonda karşılandık ve anahtarımızı teslim aldık.Oda, 3 kişi için yeterli malzemelerle donatılmış ve düzenliydi. Cumartesi akşamları canlı müzik oluyormuş, çılgın bir müzisyen ve ekibi ile çok eğlendik. Kahvaltı da ortalama diyebilirim.Bu otelin tek sorunu az personelle çalışıp hizmette yetersiz kalmak, bu durum ise günümüz ekonomik koşullarını düşününce normal kabul edilebilir. Otelin suçu yok, ekonomi berbat. Tüm bunlara ek olarak odaları temizleyen arkadaş denetlenmeli çünkü balkonda haşere dışkıları vardı ve epeydir su değmediği anlaşılıyordu. Duş kabininde bir önceki misafirden kalan şampuan birikintileri duruyordu, banyoyu bir kova su ile yıkamak yeterli olmaz, dezenfekte denilen işlem her otel müşterisinin hakkı. Temizlik görevlisinin kabahatini saymazsak bence otel beklentiyi karşılayan, samimi çalışanlara sahip, havuzu ve zeytin ağaçlarıyla insanı dinlendiren özelliklerde, temizlik personeli hariç herkese teşekkürler.

Belki fiyatına göre kabul edilebilir ama genel olarak değerlendirmek gerekirse; yataklar çok sert ve konfordan çok uzak, yatak bazalarının ayakları kırık ve eşimin ayağına bazaya çakılan çivi battı, klima kendini bile soğutamıyor malesef, gece 12ye kadar müzik sürüyor ve alman rapçi şarkıları genelde 😅 hani sözsüz sadece müzik olsa makul olabilir ama öbür türlü çocuğu uyutmakta zorlandık açıkçası. Havuzu güzel, personelde yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor sürekli ama odalar biraz elden geçse iyi olur

Otel çok hoşumuza gitti odalar yemekler bahçesi ve hizmet güzeldi. Ancak maalesef yastıklar hiç rahat değildi. Otel yastıklarından alınmasın tavsiye ederim. Bir de odaların Sineklikleri çok pisti. Kapattığımız bir sürü toz ve kuş tuyu gibi şeyler odaya oluştu.

Havuza bakan bir oda tercih etmiştik. isabet olmuş. Zemin kat olması ve iki adımda havuza ulaşım kolaylığı güzel. Havuz daha büyük olabilirdi ama idare eder. Daha önce İznik seyahatimde dikkatimi çeken bir oteldi. Deneyimlemek kısmet oldu. Temizlik fena değildi. Ama iyiydi diyemem. Yemekler ve fiyat oldukça iyi. Fiyatlar olması gerektiği gibi, abartılmamış. Havuz küçük. Alan daha verimli kullanılabilirdi. Kalabalık olunca tadı kaçıyor. Odadaki televizyon bozuktu, sürekli yayın kopuyordu, izlemek mümkün olmadı. Kısaca mükemmel bir haftasonu olmadı. Ödediğim paraya bakınca mutlu oldum diyemem.

Son derece memnun kaldık. Her şeyden önce çok temiz ve yeni odalar. Havuz da çok güzel. Kahvaltıyı beğenmeyenler olmuş da merak ediyorum sarayda mı kahvaltı ediyorlarmış?!! Eş, dost, akraba, yandaş değilim; sahiplerini de tanımam ama kahvaltı da her şey de çok güzeldi, ilk fırsatta tekrar gideceğiz.

The hotel was under renovation with actual work going on Saturday and Sunday. There was some dirt from the job in the corridors and on Sunday the water has stopped for 15 min as before that was running with brownish colour. Besides that, the stuff are helpful and the location is nice, but the hotel should have not welcome guests in that conditions.
