Lastly, the practice of having customers to pick the towel, teabags and stuff alike at the lobby according to their need is very smart. My family will surely consider visiting this hotel again in our next visit to Kamakura."

"My suite was spacious luxurious, and very comfortable. The bathroom has showers, jet tub (jacuzzi) and doubles as a steamroom. The steamroom (sauna) was a blast! CY Waters Hotel was like a retreat. I did not have any contact with other guests! Loved it!"

"It's a bit out of Tokyo central, but if the location suits your agenda this is an excellent hotel chain for no fuss accommodation at a fair price. The hotel also received a parcel for me prior to my arrival which was greatly appreciated. Note, although the staff are friendly and obliging, this is a business hotel, not a tourist hotel, so don't expect comprehensive tourist support information or services. "
