"The rooms are rather small for the price, and we didn’t have a thoroughly clean washroom at first. But a quick call to the front desk and it was cleaned up in no time, along with a sincere apology note. It’s the staff that make this property perfect! It’s the service you pay for and they never let you down! I’ll highlight Wrinchon and Nitin for their ever-ready smiles and genuinely helpful nature. "We stayed at this hotel because it was a 5 minutes walk to the wedding venue that we were attending. The staff (everyone) was more than fantastic. Extremely friendly, helpful, and tentative to all our needs. My only complaint is our bathroom (room 809), had a bad smell, which spread to most part of the room. It seems to lessen over our 4 nights stayed. Or perhaps we just gotten used to it. 😊"
