"This motel has been updated recently with nice bathroom mirrors, vanity, and comfortable mattress. The downsides are that the walls are so paper thin that you can even hear your next door neighbor’s phone text alerts and coughing. Also we could not get the air conditioner to a comfortable temp despite trying to adjust multiple settings. Finally, there is a lot of road noise from highway 1. "

"Sue & Michelle were both amazing, the couple housekeepers we saw were also amazing too! Breakfast was offered to be served daily to our room or to be served at the dining room, we chose our room. Surrounding areas were amazing the weather was great, only small thing was that if you’re there mid day when the temperatures get high there is no AC so it could get a bit warm, but if you just open up a window or balcony like we did and it cooled down instantly. The garden was amazing and the quails, birds, squirrels and bunnies were out and about eating each morning. At night if you get cold you can turn on the gas fireplace that is in your room or turn on the heater. The entire staff was friendly and really nice and accommodating. 5/5 would stay here again for sure my girlfriend and I loved it."
