"This is my second stay at Atibaia Residence Resort. The first time I stayed in November 2024, and this time it was July 2025. I loved it here so much, that I had to come back. The food is delicious and plenty. Water, drinks, and cocktails are plenty. The Lazer entertaining staff is always there to do activities and entertain the guests. "Pousada bem simples, optamos pela hospedagem por ser pet friendly. Algumas áreas comuns precisam ser reformadas urgentemente, estão em condições bem precárias. Pedimos para antecipar o café da manhã, pois eu e meu marido íamos participar de uma prova de corrida bem cedo, assim como pelo menos outros 8 hóspedes e eles não nos atenderam. Disseram que não seria possível. Se tiver algum pedido específico, sugiro recomendar com eles a possibilidade de atender antes de fechar a reserva. "
