"3 Sterne Hotel, authentisch, wie in der Beschreibung. Zimmer modern, ich konnte keinen Unterschied zum Zimmer eines 4 Sterne Hotel erkennen. Zimmer war sehr sauber, Matratzen etwas härter, für uns top. Zu den Mahlzeiten waren wir sehr pünktlich, und hatten auch eine ausreichende Auswahl. "One of the best solo weekend trips I have ever had! I stayed for 2 days (one night) and had a wonderful experience overall. Check-in was a little underwhelming, it was busy at the Riverside reception were I was dropped off. I initially felt overlooked, until another staff member quickly noticed, welcomed me and reassured me about the wait. Not quite the arrival I expected from a hotel of this standing, but thankfully it was the only lukewarm moment of my stay. My room on the Parkside of the structure was a wonderful surprise : much better than the photos! Spacious, with a fantastic view, a balcony off the bathroom, firm mattress and a pillow menu that made me melt. I loved the robes, spa bag, slippers, complimentary water and lovely turndown service. I came for the wellness and thoroughly enjoyed it: saunas, pools, nap on the rooftop terrace, more sauna and a great massage. I also enjoyed exploring the corridors, the impressive decor, the celebrity portraits and the delightful light background music. Breakfast was excellent! I especially appreciated the chicken sausage and almond milk as someone who avoids pork and dairy. The staff throughout the rest of my stay were warm, smiling and helpful. Pupp Café patries were delicious. Check-out was fast smooth. Really happy with my stay!"

"Generally the hotel is really stylish and is in a nice setting with good underground parking (although this is quite a bit extra). The breakfasts are sufficient and well presented. The pool and spa are nice and clean and what you would expect from a hotel of this cost. It's a 10mins walk in to the town (downhill going, but uphill coming back 😧). Overall, it's is a decent 5star hotel with service and amenities you would expect for what you are paying."
