"I stayed here for 2 nights. There was a minor pro lems during the check in process. But afternoon supervisor (i didn't get the name) was polite, confident and handled it supposedly. After all, I liked the way room was set up, modernized, and clean. Breakfast was decent, and time to downtown ann arbor takes 13min from here. It was a good stay for me."

"I had a wonderful stay at Spark By Hilton! The staff was friendly and attentive. I received text messages throughout my stay from staff to check on how my stay was going. The property, lobby, my room and other areas of the hotel were very clean. My room was set up very nicely. There was complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby area with a variety of coffee creamer. There was also an area in the lobby with many drink, snack and goodies options available for purchase. In the morning, there was complimentary breakfast with bagels, oatmeal, cereal and juice. It's my second stay there and I had forgotten how nice it was, especially compared to the neighboring hotel I stayed at last weekend. Staying at Spark was very refreshing and relaxing, which is what I needed right now with my husband being an inpatient at U of M. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Overall the property and room were good. The continential breakfast (which was one of the reasons that we selected this location) was lacking in service and efficiency. They actually had no knives available for use, and the person servicing the breakfast and area seemed to be over busy. Neither of these issues in and of themselves was a big issue, but it did make an impression."

"Close to highway. Clean and well maintained. Our Deluxe King room was on the 4th floor (road side). The bathroom had a European shower that took a bit to figure out before coffee, but easy enough once that hurdle cleared - choice of handheld shower, rainfall, wall nozzles. The bathroom is Bluetooth enabled for your own music. There’s a heated toilet seat and bidet too. One odd thing is that the clothes closet is in the bathroom. The mini fridge in the bedroom was handy, though we would have liked to have a microwave too. Lovely wicker type chair with matching ottoman, as well as a fabric upholstered desk chair in the room. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy check-in/check out. Free onsite parking."
