I stayed one night with my daughter. The location was convenient to Lambuth campus. The bedding was dirty and the pillows non existent but, the actual bed was comfortable. The area around motel seemed sketchy. Front desk staff was super accommodating and friendly.

The outside of the hotel looks okay. Things have been recently repainted. The neighborhood isn't attractive, but it doesn't seem particularly unsafe. The location is very convenient to both the interstate and the entire rest of the city. The interior of the room was clean but in very poor repair. The bathroom floor looked like it was about to collapse. Light fixtures were loose and damaged. The place is falling apart, but it was clean and repainted.

Bed was comfortable! Tub/floor uneven, bathroom door needs to be replaced, door to outside did not close tight, when locked it could still be opened, reading lights over the bed had no bulbs, couch was VERY stained! Shabby & rundown room! Was told it was a no smoking room but the tub & toilet seat had cigarette burns! Outside the room was a walkway then grass, the grass was covered with cigarette butts! Breakfast was scrambled eggs that were burnt, coffee was good but no choice for cream/sugar only powdered creamer & regular sugar. When I checked in, I was asked if I had a dog (chose this place because it said pet friendly) they charged me a $15 fee for the dog! Would not recommend this place

I booked a 1 bed room online just to get there and they say those aren’t available and sold out to get put in a run down double bed room , the tv remote didn’t even work and they couldn’t put me in any other room and when I took a shower the tub started filling up with water
