"The room had an electrical outlet unsecured from the wall. There was a terrible, chemical like smell in the room. Parking was very good. Overall, we felt the quality of the room was way below average. However, the room was clean and the charges were minimal "

"The first room I was given was on the back side of the hotel. There were a lot of work men staying at the hotel and they were all on that side. They were having a good time out in the parking lot, laughing and talking and being a little bit rowdy. My being a woman, I felt a little uncomfortable around all of that so I asked the front desk to move me. He was very accommodating and I was happy with the new room’s location. "

"Renovating the front exterior, no TV, plus AC was not operational at first, husband and staff member figured it out. The desserts and breakfast was very good. "

"Jocelyn at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately her cheery and helpful attitude was the only highlight. The breakfast situation was horrible. There was one, I repeat, ONE person taking breakfast orders, cooking, cleaning tables, replenishing (and keeping an eye on guests understanding that the continent breakfast wasn't included in a room stay) continental breakfast items and coffee. Unless there was some extreme situation, the hotel management should be ashamed. Personally, I think hotel management should have been down there helping because clearly this couldn't be the norm. The poor woman responsible for all that was looking for the single person at the front desk to come help bus tables and she couldn't leave during check-out. From the time you went downstairs to the time food hit your table, it was an hour and that was if there was only a few tables filled. The food was cooked to order and good, but it was uncomfortable being there because of the overwhelming duties of that single employee."
