"Stay was excellent other than check in. One person working the desk with a line of people waiting. No one ever came up to help her. We waited in line almost 30 minutes to check in! This is unacceptable in my opinion! Everything else was great! Refurbished rooms and excellent location with an ocean view. We’ve stayed here several times and will be back."
