all seemed clean but the smell of disinfectant was extremely overpowering, through out. And sadly for this location there is a LOT of road construction which made it tricky to navigate in and out of the hotel.

The staff, excellent! Chef’s kiss to the staff! Hotel rooms need upgrades. Dump the carpet it looks disgusting and install LVP flooring. Shower mat was worn, looked dirty (We had shower shoes so used those in the tub).

Pulling up, we weren't sure if the area was a good area but the hotel was great! Friendly service, clean, comfortable, spacious. Very happy with our stay. The breakfast was good as well ( oatmeal, yogurt, waffles, hot breakfast etc)

Staff was super friendly. It has been remodeled, but it was clean. We found it very convenient for what we wanted to do. We felt safe and I felt my car was safe. Breakfast had more than what was expected and well stocked.

Property was conveniently located by the airport & offered airport shuttle service for a very late flight arrival of 11pm, so very much appreciated the shuttle services by this hotel. Shuttle driver and front desk personnel were very nice and helpful amso.

Very convenient to in town of New Bern. We stayed in a room with king size bed and pull out sofa. Very spacious. We went to wedding at Amelia Grove and this hotel was 10 minutes away.
