Breakfast was great every morning we were there. I loved the made to order eggs/omelet, everything was fresh and well prepared. We did take advantage of the inside pool and Hot Tub felt great! Rooms were clean and even when asking for extra towels I had no problem getting them. The staff at front desk day and night was very attentive and making sure our stay was one to remember.

The hotel was very nice and clean. We went to the bar and it was pretty cool, John the bartender was nice. Room: Our bathroom was not as clean, the room was clean, my bed was comfortable. The concept of the hot breakfast is good unfortunately the eggs were cold, the ham had a weird taste and color, the bacon was perfect but had a hair on it, the pancakes were hot but hard so breakfast was a 1/10 I didn't tried the omelet because the line was super long.

It was my daughter’s 16th birthday, and our room was already paid for but the over booked. She was thrilled to wake up the next morning and have a special breakfast, which is something we usually do when we stay at Embassy Suites. However, this time, they didn’t have any other room available for us. It was a complete inconvenience. I was told I’ll be reimbursed but still haven’t received my money back.

The young lady at the check-in counter was very professional, friendly, and helpful. The main lobby was nice and welcoming. However, the room itself was outdated. The furniture and tub were old, the carpet appeared worn, and the mattress definitely needs to be replaced. There was also an odor in the room that made the overall experience less pleasant. For a one-night stay, it wasn’t terrible, but I would prefer a cleaner and more updated location for my next stay.
