Fantastic hotel

Absolutely loved this hotel! Comfortable beds, very clean, and great staff! The front desk, housekeeping and the breakfast staff were all fabulous! Will definitely come back when in Jacksonville!

Not many nutritional choices. Juice machine was broke, so I asked for bottle juice, they didhave any. Not sure how long juice machine was down but why couldn't they get juice bottles? No reg1/2& 1/2 later in the day. I didn't see decaffeinated tea. Gentleman working in kitchen was very helpful.

The Hotel was very nice. Everything was spotless, it had all the amenities we could possibly need. We were conveniently located to where we needed to be. Dining and shopping were within walking distance. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Exceptionally clean facility!

My stay was great. The only amenity that I could not utilize at the facility was the indoor heated pool. It was not working and we were offered to another hotel nearby. I would love to have that working on my next trip. The hotel was super clean throughout and in the room. I wouldn't change anything else about the facility.
