You get what you pay for.

The property is pretty messy and the rooms have a funny smell. The room was clean, but had a few roaches dead and alive. Walls are pretty think as you can hear people outside and next door. However the customer service here is outstanding. I would give this place a one star if it wasn't for the price and an amazing staff.

Has bugs in room but mangers was very friendly and came and sprayed and took care of everything. There seem to be maybe residents who live there full time and some of them are quite rowdy at night, if you are having to work on base early in the morning or can be a pain. But overall it served it's purpose.

I was told, that if I’m going to need cancel, I may do that anytime and I will receive full refund. But the companies policy is first WEEK NON REFUNDABLE. Even if on expedia it says fully refundable. I never got my money back. I spent there one nights, and they charged me for a whole week. Also, place smelled like someone been smoking there, and I’m a non smoker, so for me it was very uncomfortable.

I waited to check in on my scheduled date for three hours. When someone actually showed up ,I was informed that there was a problem with their survers ,and they wouldn't be able to check me in. They suggested another place about two miles down the road,and when I got there I could immediately see, that it wasnt a place I would care for. I decided then to return to my previous lodgings at the Residence Inn near Jax airport,where I spent the remainder of my time in Jax.

Good place

Photos are taken before we left the room. 😊 We stayed for 8 days and it was all good, except our room keys kept messing up, that we need to always update it with the office. We initially wanted 2 rooms but the only available ones are far from each other. Which I didn't like because it's for our daughter. So we ended up getting just 1 room and (if I'm not mistaken) "Michael" who checked us in, was very understanding and accommodating. We had the room right next to the office and they lend us extra pillows and beddings to be used with the sofa bed "for free", which was very much appreciated. I loved that they have stove and I was able to cook. It's a bummer they don't have iron and board, and hair dryer tho. But all in all it was a good place. Very clean and well-maintained.
