"Close to the airport"

"All the food here was so delicious! The complimentary breakfast had so many options as well! The staff here went above and beyond! So friendly, helpful, and accommodating! I would definitely stay here again!"

"Was given keys to a room on the first floor. The tv was not working properly and the front desk said they have been having problems with the tv and remotes in that room. So I don’t know why they would put me and my 2 small children in there. They then moved us next door and said the TV worked in there and they had checked it before we moved over which was good but I didn’t even get a chance to check it myself because the smell in that room over powered my smell and thoughts. Had to go to the front desk and explain the foul smell that was coming from that room. The front desk person gave little to no reaction. I then asked are these pet friendly rooms that we were in? They replied yes all the rooms on the first floor are. Seeing how I came in without a pet and did not request a first floor room what gave the front desk person the assumption to give me those rooms, twice! They then gave me a room upstairs and that one was better. Still needed some renovations but no smell and made it work. "

"We have stayed at Lithia Springs many times and LOVE the place. Couldn’t ask for better beds - wonderful night’s sleep. It is comfortable, squeaky clean and just all around perfect. Also LOVE the new bldgs and upgrades. Can’t beat the breakfast, either. Staff is quite friendly and most helpful!"

"We had a lovely stay. Our room was on the second floor, overlooking the river. The room was fairly small, but we were able to bring in one of the deck chairs and move the desk so we could play Scrabble. Breakfast was good enough. A very pleasant locally-owned and operated motel, with the river view a big plus for us."

"I was highly disappointed. I reserved this hotel because it was my son's bday and we were excited about the pool and slide. When I went to check in there was a sign on the counter saying the pool was closed! No where on Expedia or their site did it say the pool was closed for maintenance. I had my 3 kids and two of their friends with us to celebrate and they were all hyped about swimming. I called Expedia and was told I could not get a refund and the hotel couldn't give me one either since I reserved the room on Expedia and not thru them personally. I asked if I could be comped a room for next time and still told no because I didn't cancel in time. But I had no intention to cancel until I got there and told about the pool. There was no reason to stay if the pool was closed. It was a Huge inconvenience and really disappointing for my son! "

"Entering the hotel it seemed as though it was beautiful and had a great history. We were excited to stay at the property. After some odd side conversations in the lobby about a fire due to someone smoking in their room, we were greeted by the front desk staff. They were quick to get us settled and kind during the process. The room looked great upon entry, but it became evident that it was not thoroughly cleaned. There were weird powder-like foot prints next to bed, hair in the shower, a dirty microwave and debris in the main sink. We were only there for one night, but I questioned the cleanliness enough to wear my shoes in the room and lay towels on the floor where I may step barefoot. "

"We were here last week and enjoyed our stay so much that we rebooked this stay without checking for another hotel. We requested an inside room as the room last week had noise from freeway traffic. This room was squeaky clean as was the room last week. The restaurant is open 7am to 2pm and 5pm to 9pm. Chocolate Convention is being held this weekend. Would stick with this facility when we pass through."
