Lisa at the front, so nice and kind. She deserves a better position. It's an okay hotel. A little run down but it's clean. I honestly was in the room to sleep & that's about it. Bones for the price this hotel was great. The front desk lady was super helpful and let me know upon arrival that my room was on the first floor and since I was traveling alone if I would be more comfortable on another floor she would move me. The room was good so I didn’t feel the need but it was good to be offered. Bed was surprisingly comfy and the room was clean. No complaints here :)

Wonderful Stay Miss yall already

I loved my stay at this location and if ever needed I will definitely reserve my stay at this location again and i would highly recommend to anyone .. the General Mgr was FANTASTIC along with her staff they were all WONDERFUL along with making me feel as if I was at home, upon leaving today it was bittersweet as I felt that was my second home and family.... Staff was very friendly. Hotel/room was very clean. They spray a lot of airfreshner, some may not like. Didn't bother me one bit. We were on the 3rd floor. Entire 4th floor were construction workers. Only issue with that....they stomped around a good bit. I wear ear plugs, so once i went to bed, it was fine.

This place is full of roaches and it’s only been open for 4 years - at most. The cleaning lady was cursing someone out when we were checking out. The one positive is that it was quiet and located in a really nice area.

Great rate. Clean and comfortable room. All hallways and outdoors smelled like weed. A lot of people standing around in parking lot drinking and smoking until late at night. Staff was not friendly or helpful. I chose it for the rate and it was worth the price.

Clean.

Excellent. The entire building was very Clean and smells good. Staff are kind and polite. I give them 8. The laundry needs to be checked everyday for cleanliness and sanitary wize for the next people to use the machine or the area. But the place have no swimming pool area to spend time with the kids. Just an idea for a family staying.

The room was clean and comfortable and bed was great. The person across the hall had dogs barking incessantly thorough out the day and night. I complained to the person at the desk and the animal was quiet for a night, but acted up again the night after. People should be more courteous when traveling with their pets.

The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel is relatively new and in a nice area. I guess you have to request your room to be clean because I was there for four days and my room was not cleaned. I think many places are switching to this model due to issues with staffing and overall cost. I’m OK because I didn’t need my room cleaned anyways. Many people will probably be expecting that. It also was a little on the noisy side. There was a lot of activity in the parking lot and in other rooms laid into the night on the Weekend. Overall, it was a nice day. The room was modest, but nice. Overall, for the price, it’s definitely more than worth it.

The price was right

We had no problem. Arrived at 3pm and was met by a desk clerk. This is a residence inn. We had to ask for towels and soap and had them right away. The room was spotless including the refrigerator and microwave. The room was large and very light. I liked the mattress. There were only two smallish pillows but I only need one and my husband doesn't use one so we were fine. There was no clerk when we left at 6 am but we were fine with that. There is no breakfast but given how much we saved, we could have bought a half dozen breakfasts.

Good: The bed was comfortable but it needs more pillows. The location is conveniently located near 295. There are restaurants and stores nearby. Not good: no privacy sign at the door, broken lights in the room, no shampoo, no conditioner, no cups, hair dryer and no trash can in the bathroom, has a kitchenette but no pans and pots or any flatware or dishes (hello, no one travels carrying those), there is a closet-like but no hangers and no iron. The elevator shakes like it is gonna break soon and I saw the inspection expires on 8/1/2024 (we stayed there 8/31/24 through 9/2/2024). There was an open electrical outlet which is dangerous. When checked in or out, we had to make a phone call b/c no one was at the front desk. The listing on Expedia showed there is coffee in the lobby but there wasn't one there or in the room. The price on Expedia was $426.78 but my credit card was charged by Woodspring Hills for $438.13.

Very clean and the staff was very friendly. Called before my arrival and they were great when I checked out. She confirmed the extra payment would reverse itself as well. The area doesn’t seem bad, but with it being an extended stay it was a bit of a rough crowd of people. Each person I passed coming and going seemed intoxicated. The elevator smelled like weed a couple of times. I could smell weed down the hall when I walked by a room. You can hear just about everything in the hallways. There was one room that seemed to be partying on a Monday night lol. Most of these things didn’t really bother me but I know this could impact others decisions to stay here or not. If you’re not concerned with the other people there, I would recommend it. Price is good. Very clean. No issues.

The A/C was not on in the room when I arrived. It took a while to cool down the room. The A/C made odd noises when running. The bed was comfortable but made noises when moving around. It sounded like a very heavy plastic liner between the bad and box spring(?). The mattress slides when getting in or out of the bed. The freezer section had built up. Too much bright light came in around the curtain at night making it difficult to sleep and some light penetrated through worn spots(?) In the curtain. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Oh yeah. There was a mosquito(?) somewhere in the room. It bit all up and down my right leg. I had a very bad reaction to the bites (large welts, drainage, and itching.) Overall, it was a fair deal for the price.
